Relaxation Approach
The need for relaxation requires the necessary step of intended initiative. To provide the state of balance for our body & mind in the long run, relaxation has become an essential foundation to overcome some difficulties in life. This is reason why the Middle Way was introduced to the humankind by the Buddha at the same time with mindfulness. Without a great proportion of relaxation & mindfulness, the middle way would not be better in any option at all. Find your own balance is the Key Success for the practice in Dhamma inevitably.
